Home Owner/Realtor Services
An unoccupied house is vulnerable to significant damage. There are many examples of homes that are damaged due to plumbing, vandalism and electrical issues. The more preventative measures you take, the less chances that something will go wrong. Not to mention the “Squatters”. Lots of homeless in Las Vegas. We offer regularly scheduled visits, as often as you want, to make sure that your home is just like you left it. We will keep in touch with you and update you after each visit. We assure you we will treat your home just like our own. If we see a problem or an issue, we will communicate with you and take prompt action based on your instructions.
At the end of our inspection, you will receive a digital report with a date GPS stamp and property photos to show we were at your property doing our Inspection.
Exterior
- Check exterior for damage or vandalism
- Remove mail, newspapers, and flyers from the front door
- Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize chance of break-in
- Check for evidence of water leaks or damage, and signs of mold and mildew
- Visual inspection of signs of insects and or rodents
- Check to make sure the main water valve is closed after each inspection
- Check the landscaping and pool area to verify that they are serviced satisfactorily
Interior
- Check the security system to make sure it is operational
- Look for visible signs of water leaks around windows, doors, wall and ceiling
- Check Heating/ventilation/ cooling system for proper settings
- Check refrigerator and freezer for proper operation
- Check for signs of water leaks around toilets, sinks, faucets, water heater
- Operate all faucets, toilets. Run water in the sinks, tubs and showers
- Check circuit breakers
Realtors
We have many years of experience in cleaning out apartments, homes and storage units that have been vacated or abandoned. No job is too small or too large. We can totally clean out an entire unit/house, clean and sweep. If requested, we can do a real cleaning, carpets shampooed and get ready for a rental or sale. We have the knowledge to do the job right. We work with professionals in their fields to make sure everything is one properly.
Our service provides a walkthrough of unoccupied properties to check for security and anything that may have the potential to cause unnecessary expenses and damages.
If you have AIRB&B, we will be glad to clean the unit after guests depart.
